No construction agreement
Website content, messages, suggested consultation times, waitlist placement, Build Briefs, and other communications are invitations to discuss a possible future project. They are not bids, offers, project acceptance, appointments, warranties, or construction contracts. No start date, price, scope, or availability is reserved unless stated in a separate written agreement signed by authorized parties.
Concepts and planning material
Portfolio concepts, interactive building forms, room studies, checklists, dimensions, and AI-assisted outputs are illustrative conversation aids. They are not completed projects, surveys, plans, specifications, permit sets, code reviews, engineering, architectural services, or confirmation that a project is feasible or buildable.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide information and files you are authorized to share, avoid unlawful or harmful material, and independently verify property, title, zoning, utilities, site, code, budget, financing, design, and construction requirements with qualified professionals and authorities. Do not rely on website output for safety-critical decisions.
Intellectual property
The website’s branding, copy, layout, original graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Caddo Oak & Co. You may save your own Build Brief for personal project-planning use, but may not copy, resell, scrape, or misuse the website or attempt to bypass its security.
Third-party services and availability
The website depends on hosting, storage, email, and AI service providers. We may change, suspend, or correct features and content. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that automated output will be complete or error-free.
Limitation and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided “as is” for general informational use. Caddo Oak & Co. is not responsible for decisions made solely from website content or preliminary automated output. These terms are governed by Texas law. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
